About Logiclink
Logiclink is a US based company that offers a number of products such as Business Automation Center (BAC), Cybershell, and Golden Eye to Hotels and Cruise Lines around the world. With BAC, hotel and cruise lines patrons have easy access to computers, printers, copiers, scanners, and the Internet. The touch screen system allows users to turn on the systems they need when they need them. With a swipe of the credit card, Cybershell manages the access to the systems. Golden Eye allows LogicLink to monitor the systems across the globe in real time. Should any system require service, Golden Eye will automatically alert the 24 x 7 call center.
LogicLink contracted with Logic Solutions to co-develop the solution. LogicLink also contracted with Logic Solutions to provide monitoring, technical support and help desk services from Logic Solution China’s center in Shanghai. In early 2009 Logic Solutions China became the distributor for BAC throughout China.
