Logic Solutions had the opportunity to work with a prominent provider of several pet services including doggy daycare, boarding, grooming, and training that has over 200 franchise locations across the United States and Canada.

How Did Logic Solutions Help?

Logic Solutions developed the client portal to be a one stop shop for dog parents, allowing customers to take their pet care on the go. Here, customers can conveniently schedule any service such as doggy daycare, boarding for overnight stays, grooming, and training. The portal puts all of this in one place, so that customers can manage their accounts and purchase services with ease. The client portal can be accessed through both the mobile app as well as the website, meaning that pet parents can book appointments on the app, the website, or both because all information is stored in the cloud.

The client portal has proven to be so successful and user-friendly that it just won the 2024 Franchise Innovation Award Winner given out at the Franchise Customer Experience Conference (FCXC). In addition to this, the client portal was also selected as a semi-finalist (in the top 4) for Innovator of the Year in Operations and Technology!

Lastly, in collaboration with the client’s technology team, Logic updated and deployed the backend system, Data Dawg, across all client camps. This system handles all camp reservations, sales, and customer relationship management (CRM) which works hand in hand with the client portal. Logic was also responsible for deploying one sales system across all camps streamlining the payment process.

Results

For the past three years, Logic Solutions has provided constant updates to both the client portal and backend system, Data Dawg. Every two weeks, new features are rolled out to Data Dawg and every month the client portal receives updates. This wonderful partnership developed between this client and Logic has resulted in a dependable suite of products, quality code, and a big confidence boost among client franchise owners.
